Due to the digital and customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Digital Products (Including Toolkits & Memberships)

Once access to digital materials has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This includes all products, services, downloadable templates, educational materials and memberships offered exclusively by Blueprint Grant Solutions.

Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Previously paid fees are non-refundable.

Services (Audits, Writing Support, Research Guidance)

Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized work:

• No refunds are available once work has begun

• No refunds are offered for completed or partially completed services

• Missed deadlines due to incomplete client information do not qualify for refunds

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after accessing materials or receiving services violates this policy and may result in the suspension of access to current or future services.
